Zhejiang Huelong: alginate-based wound dressings, textile fabrics produced at 500 t/y scale

Zhejiang Huelong Holding Group Co., through their subsidiary Shaoxing Blue Ocean Fiber Technology Co., Ltd., have registered a trademark “HygCell” for a non-woven fabric based on kelp-derived alginate. Production lines and registration are ready, and target applications involve wound dressings and textile fabris. Cooperation with Prof. ZHU Ping, Wuhan Textile University
