Jiangr Co., located in Zhejiang Province, is an international leader in Monascus purpurea products such as Monascus red rice, monascin and monacolin K. Present production scale is 6.000 t/y and will be tripled shortly. The products are low in citrinin. Resveratrol is a newly added specialty.
