CAS-MPG Shanghai Institute of Computational Biology profiles differential gene expression patterns of Japanese and Han Chinese

Han Chinese and Japanese share common genetic ancestry but differ in several traits such as susceptibility to some diseases. The sstudy describes a differential analysis of gene expression which may reach up to 43 %.
