Nanning establishes China-Asean Economic Development Zone for biological manufacturing

Nanning, Guangxi Province, is only 150 km off the Vietnamese border. It will implement an EDZ of 6 km2 for microbial manufacture of sugar alcohols, acids and other biotechnology products.
