Programs for returning Chinese scientists have brought about 2.500 experts back to CAS

According to Mr ZHAN Wenlong, VP of CAS, 2493 scientists came back from abroad to join CAS institutes since the One Hundred and the One Thousand Talents Programs were launched in 1994. Returnees presently obtain 2 million Yuan as startup funds and 600.000 Yuan for resettlement
