The memorandum was signed by Schleswig-Holstein’s Prime Minister Torsten Albig and Zhejiang Yonghua, President of Zhejiang University. The center will use German advanced technology and equipment to produce clean fuel for cars and buses from waste and biogas. Contracts for cooperation in prostate and urinary tract cancer diagnostics were also signed.
