By 2015, 160 billion USD of drug patents will expire, and global consumption of drugs will reach 1,1 trillion USD, with 60 to 70 % market share of generics.
Chinese specialists expect that this will provide excellent opportunities for Chinese enterprises focused on generics, e. g., on generic therapeutic antibodies.
