On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and the PR of China, Yuanhua Energy and Science Fujian Co. will obtain a 30 million € loan from the Frenc development agency to start a 60.000 t/y biodiesel plant with Sapindus (“soapberry”) oil as the raw material.
