In cooperation with Taiwan-Bio, a Taiwanese Enzyme maker, the group of GUO Ruiiting solved the structure of Aspergillus niger ß-1,4-mannanase (ManBK) at 1,57 A resolution, and 23 mutants were designed, among which Y216W showed 18 % improved activity and higher temperature stability.
