CAS QIBEBT introduces biomimetic “nano enzyme” which can replace peroxidase in glucose biosensors

The material is based on gold and silveer nanorods (Au@Ag NR) and shows excellent peroxidase-like oxidation capacity between pH 4.0 – 6.5. They can replace peroxidase in chromogenic glucose assays based on glucose oxidase.
