CAS Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology improves phytase thermostability by protein engineering

The modeling of an E. coli phytase (EcAppA) was modeled on two thermostable Citrobacter phytases, leading to a mutant with three single point mutations sites and glycosylated.
