State Key Laboratories will receive 10 % higher budget in 2014

The 259 State Key Laboratories, often cooperative laboratories among the CAS and universities, will be supported in 2014 by 3.05 billion Yuan (495 million USD), of which 1/3 is for equipment and upgrades.
