CAS Hefei Institute of Physical Sciences develops inhibitors for B-cell lymphoma

B cell lymphoma cells overexpress BTK kinase. In collaboration with Harvard Medical School, a team around Chao WANG found an inhibitor QL47 which strongly inhibits this tyrosine kinase leading to strong inhibition of cell proliferation.
